If you have a complaint

If you have a complaint, you must tell a Strawberry World representative or agent immediately.


If we cannot resolve the problem for you at the time you must write within 35 days of your return to Mr. Michael Heavey at our Customer Services Department at Strawberry World, Estrada Monumental 284, Centro Comercial Monumental Lido, R/C, Escr. 11, 9000-100 Funchal, Madeira - Portugal.


If you do not tell us about your complaint our ability to investigate it could be seriously hampered. Because of this, unless there is a valid reason why you did not tell us about your complaint, we will not consider ourselves liable for those complaints.
